Debit / Prepaid in the Philippines?
Does anyone know of a debit or prepaid cards, which may or Visa credit card Mastercard service, available in the Philippines? Transactions online I use it for and I can not send a tax return – an important requirement in the application for credit card – so I guess that would be my only alternative. Unionbank recommend eWallet control … Any comments?
Any person administering credit facilities also debit and prepaid credit cards, etc ….
