Two weeks ago I served on a credit card debt of age (3 years). Am a full-time student and I have no silver Collge. I'm on trial for 2100 which is much more than I can remember I have. Anyway, after reading and doing some research, I have the answer to the complaint requesting more information about the alleged debt and how the applicant has obtained this amoubt. Today I received a notice of the conference case management in March. (I live in MA) of the court and a questionnaire form for the plaintiff to respond by me under oath. Not sure what to do next, or what it means really. Please give me some advice. No need to be unpleasant. Thanks
